If you live with type 2 diabetes (T2D), you likely understand that managing your condition has its ups and downs. Some days you may feel on top of the world regarding your T2D and other days it may seem like your T2D is getting the best of you.
Keeping a positive mindset can be challenging when your T2D is not cooperating. However, shifting your mindset can help you to take control of your condition. Studies show that thinking positively can contribute to a better quality of life, higher energy levels, better psychological and physical health, faster recovery from illness, and more.
Many Bezzy T2D Community members look to mantras and affirmations to help empower them to persevere through the challenges of living with T2D. Here are some of the mantras they use to stay positive.

There is no magic phrase that will cure your T2D but finding a mantra or affirmation that speaks to you can give you a little extra motivation when you need it most.
